Payment Options


Payment is expected at the time services are provided. When your pet is admitted to the hospital, our staff will provide you with a verbal and a written estimate for the cost of medical treatment. Prior to treatment, half of the estimated amount will be required as a deposit. Prior to discharge of your pet, the remainder of the balance will be due.

We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, and Care Credit. In times of veterinary emergency medical needs, it may be necessary to finance your pet's medical care. After completing the Care Credit application on-line or over the phone and being approved, Care Credit allows you to finance your pets medical treatment needs interest free.
